60 minute session $100
Individual sessions can consist of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, CBT or Dialectical Behavior Therapy DBT.
These are evidence based modalities that are proven to work. I have extensive training and experience in both of them.
They will help you learn to have improved interpersonal skills, assist in regulating emotions and emotional responses, distress tolerance skills in order to manage situations that are hard and lastly, mindfulness, a way to calm your anxious body, mind and soul for optimal well being.
These therapies work well with Anxiety and relationship issues.
